Cancellation Policy
1. Please be on time, a $15 late fee will be added to your existing appointment 15 minutes after your scheduled time. 2. If you need to cancel or reschedule , please do so once it’s time to confirm your appointment for or at the least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. 3. For all late cancellations (same day cancellation) and no-show appointments a 30% fee will be charged to your card. Thank you so much for booking with Royal Halos!
